About us

Nine years of the same standard.

SKS GYM started in 2017 in a 1,400 sq ft hall on Model Town Extension with eight machines and one coach. We now run 6,500 sq ft across three floors, but the thing members mention most has not changed — somebody knows your name and your numbers.

Our mission

Make training boring, in the best way.

Results do not come from motivation videos. They come from turning up four times a week for two years with a plan that gets slightly harder. Our job is to remove every excuse in the way of that: no waiting for equipment, no confusion about what to do today, no wondering whether your payment went through.

Every member gets a written programme, a diet plan they can actually follow with local food, and a coach who reviews both every four weeks. That is the whole model.

The training environment

  • 6,500 sq ft across three floors

Strength, cardio and functional areas kept separate so nobody trains around someone else's set.

  • Twelve certified coaches

NSCA, ACE, ISSA and K11 certified. Two on the floor at all times, morning and evening.

  • Sanitised twice daily

Equipment wiped at 11 AM and 4 PM on a signed log. Showers cleaned three times a day.

  • Air handling and lighting

Industrial exhaust, 24°C on the strength floor, and lighting bright enough to see your form.
